Customer’s background:

The end user of this yellow goods lift called Max. He is our Spain agent’ friend. Mr. Max’s company is an innovative and experienced engineering, manufacturing and trading company in the field of vibration and shock control. They specialize in rubber to metal-bonded anti-vibration mountings, steel springs, air springs and general rubber products. Due to the expansion of the company’s business, in order to improve work efficiency and save labor costs. Mr, Max called our Spain agent in 5^th Jan 2024 and told our agent that they want to buy one cargo lift platform urgently.

Mr. Max required a freight lift that could hold up to 2000kg of load and the height of the freight elevator should be 6800mm, and with net usable platform of 2*2m. They also need full closed mesh of 6.2m in 1F and 2m closed mesh in 2F, both with standard door with magnetic lock. Full mesh with the usual perforated sheet. Finally, they also need to integrate the goods elevator with other structures.

The Goods lift solution:

WIZ lifts professional engineers team designed four post vertical guide rail goods lift with 2 piston for Mr, Max according to their site actual environment. We also added safety lock on each platform door, which function is only the door closed, the platform go up or go down; If the door is open, the platform will can not be able to go up or down. And we also added free overload warning light for customer. Once the load capacity of goods lift over 2000kg, the warning light will bright and ring. It make sure the cargo platform more safe when running.
