Excellent feedback of scissor goods lift from Switzerland customer
Mr. Moran works as a sales manager for one of the well-known suppliers of dairy products in Switzerland. He approached us with an inquiry of scissor goods lift in March 12th 2022. His employer was interested in warehouse goods lift to load the pallets across warehouse floors between 2100*2100mm. They wanted to move the goods on a pallet with 180° in and out direction
Customer’s scissor lift table requirements
- Lifting height: 2350mm
- Load capacity: 1000kg
- Platform size: 1800*1500mm
Due to it is the first time for Mr. Moran to buy goods from China, so we pay more attention to this order.Before confirming this order, he have many concerns about quality of scissor cargo lift, payment terms and installation etc. We answered all questions about the goods scissor lift table and related trade terms information.We also shared a list of solutions with him. Finally, Moran confirmed this order and paid us dated on 29th March 2022. Some of the questions are given below:
- What is the pit depth for the lifting equipment?
The closed height of scissor platform is 520mm, so the depth of pit needed will be 530mm
- Is there any safety device of scissor lift table?
- Limit Switch: Two units of travel switch are installed at the highest point as insurance.
- Explosion-proof Valves: Prevent from the hydraulic oil leak out if hydraulic pipe fracture.
- Spillover Valve: It can prevent high pressure when the machine moves up. Adjust the pressure.
- Emergency Decline Valve: It can go down when you meet an emergency or the power off.
- Platform: Anti-skid surface with checkered plate surface.
- Duo-Security: High strength plate chain and wire rope, ensure the lift is safe for using.
- Safety Factor: 125% Overload guarantee.
- Can we add some safety device on fence landing door?
We can add Electromagnetic Lock on landing door, the function is that only the door is closed, the scissor lift table could go up or down. If the door is open, the machine will not be able to work. Also, when the scissor lift platform is working, the door can not open.
- Can I make 1/2 payment at the time of order no problems but the balance the day of delivery ?
Sorry, we can not accept it. I know you are very kind person. However our boss will not agree it. Most important is that the scissor lift dimension will be custom made according to your site. All of our customer pay us the balance before shipment.
50% deposit before production, regarding 50% balance, when the scissor goods lift is finished production, we will show you photo and videos. when you feel everything is no problem, then arrange balance to us, okay? We need to book vessel space for you in advance. If you pay balance on the day of delivery, there is no enough time.
